A very focused character with 25M combat SP specializing in the tengu with maxed missile and good shield tank skills. He would be perfect for crunching on juicy wormhole sleepers, NPC rats, or even (dare I say it) other players. Usually there are some cavets like perfect tengu cavet ignore my fitting skills or perfect tengu ignore my missing missile supports that are at IV. I have all missile supports at V, all subs at V, great fitting and shield skills. I've got it all - here is a list of skills of note:

all missile support skills are V with no caveats
heavy missile and heavy assault spec are IV
rockets V

SHIPS
all caldari t3 subs V
caldari cruiser V
caldari frigate V
all BC V
covert ops IV (with cloaking IV for covert cloak)

SHIELD
shield operations V for t2 shield boost amp
rest at 4

FITTING/CAP
Capacitor Management V
Capacitor Systems Operation V
CPU Management V
Electronics Upgrades V
Power Grid Management V
Weapon Upgrades V

Other skills of note
cybernetics V - able to use pirate implants
navigation V - for fast alignment
