Tell them a Rifter is about the same size as a Boeing 747 .. then tell them it is a small frigate and they need to start getting their act together and building titan sized planes

Hmmmm...come to think of it, I guess that's entirely possible.

Would you want a boss that was heavily involved in Eve? What is the likelihood of the Eve culture leaking into the job environment?

Well, for data and server infra it isn't as important.

But as an Engineer? Well..... =)

Pretty sure you asking for interview advice on a gaming forum all but insures that you're going to bomb this interview, even if you miraculously managed to get good advice from somebody.

After you bomb the interview, try and scam 'em in some way. Then report back.

You should read FAR part 91 before going to the interview. You never know, they might ask you questions on that. You should also tell them you are a big fan of Tex Johnson and wish to do what he did but with a 787 Dreamliner.

Wait until the interviewer gets halfway through a mundane question about being goal-oriented or self-motivated, and start growling. From the back of your throat. Start quietly at first, so that they're not sure what the noise is or where it's coming from, but get louder after a few seconds. Jump up, flip the table, and begin furiously humping his or her leg. Be sure to maintain eye contact until they look away.

This will establish you as the dominant alpha, all but assuring your hire.
