Dead Personal Computer / Looking for a Remote install solution

First I doubt that I will find much support for this idea officially but I thought I'd try to ask the question none the less.

History: TL;DR version
Home gaming PC MOBO, GFX, PS died no computer that can install eve left. and no $ or time to fix for a month.

So with the above said, I have been trying from work to create a remote desktop solution to running eve just so I can keep skill queues going.

I have tried to install Eve on a AWS EC2 Win 2k8 and win 2k8r2 server solution, the second I even applied the role of Remote desktop which emulates win 7 desktop.

I seem to get the client to run and hang when it gets to 240mb of ram usage.

Anyone know of a way I can remotely control a box that is supplied by a generally recognized provider of remote desktop solutions (i.e. I don't want anyone to say here I'll let you control my box, - insert while I man in the middle steal all your passwords-)?

Any help would be greatly welcomed,

Are you trying to run Eve in safe mode? Do you have any crash dumps to attach?

I'm not sure if that's gonna work. Can you attach a DXDIAG report?

The best path is the hardest earned.

It's my understanding there is no solution viable at the time although some companies have tried to turn similar things into a business (OnLive comes to mind). Most of the solutions I've used for desktop support and conferencing just can't handle updates at 60Hz-120Hz (monitor refresh rates). Anything that uses your GPU will probably be limited unless something came out in the last year or so.
