Move EVE install folder

Hi guys, just wanted to know if I could move my install folder (located in 'Program Files') from the C:\ drive to the D:\ drive due to space issues and still be able to play without going through another install.

I am having issues with AutoDesk Inventor 2014 not wanting to install to the D:\ drive even though I'm telling it to and EvE is the only program on my small boot partition that I can move. Everything else is on my other drive or too small to make a difference

Thanks in advance for your help

I just copied mine over to my secondary drive and it's working properly. The only thing you need to do is update the shortcuts to point to the new location, or create new shortcuts.

Note: It didn't keep my settings for some reason. It launched in full screen mode instead of windowed, but it is working.

The best path is the hardest earned.

Yeah I went ahead and did it shortly after posting this. If you want it to remember settings, head to 'C:\Users\**Your user name**\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE' and change the 'c_program_files_(x86)_ccp_eve_tranquility' to 'd_program_files_(x86)_ccp_eve_tranquility' (or whatever your new drive letter is). Or do a straight copy if you have the spare drive space
