I ve changed my gpu for a GTX 770. New driver, dx9 and 11 at newest version, and i getting color mixed ONLY in EVE. Look at ss :

Hard to tell really. The way it looks, it could both be a hardware or driver issue. NVIDIA made a mess of their drivers this year though. Some bugs haven't been fixed for months. So my tip is the dirver. I.e. I'm still running on a driver version from march 2013, since everything more recent is buggy on my system.

I'd try some older drivers. It's easy enough, to change the graphics driver today.

Remove standings and insurance.

This has been a problem for a lot of people (there are plenty of older threads about it). The problem is with the Nvidia drivers.

The solution in the other threads has been to either set the graphics shader settings to 'medium' or to revert to an older set of drivers.
