Thoughts on removal of modules

How do you guys think that the removal (confirmed earlier) of inertial stabilizers in the new release will affect gameplay?

Personally I think it is a bad move by CCP. This will only make carebears more weary of traveling the already dangerous low/null pipes.

I always have Sun Tzu and General Patton quotes close by when I PvP in this internet spaceship video game, eve online.
