Devil's deserves a spot in the Merc Channel or all the mercs deserve a new channel.

I'm curious how the drama in whores affected the merc channel or mods in any way?
Did'nt Rebirth try to take over the alliance and got booted... never thought internal drama in an alliance could ever be any of the mods business?
Well.. to be fair.. you said to me that TFS was delisted because of it (You told me Yendaj said that was the reason)

I have to say... I've been in Merc channel 18 hours a day for the last 8 months.. and never saw any drama related to Whores or Rebirth, before your angry mail showed up giving me an ultimatum.
Alek, how much time have you used in that channel? Do you even know whats going on?

EDIT; I forgot to mention.. every time Rebirth/Kai86 been mentioned in that channel.. its coming from specific persons bring them into the conversation. without any rime or reason... just pure grudge.

All this drama was started by YOU!

One day I hope a select few people in this game would stop generalizing others. Honestly every time yendaj spouts on the forums I feel worse and worse for the general population. Not that we can't handle her BS but that some people actually believe her.

1. When Rebirth joined Whores In Space Yendaj was immediately against it. I thought a baby crying in a movie theater was more annoying but no. Every time I joined comms she would try to argue with a rebirth member. Her drama would get even worse when I went on vacation. I'd be at a football game and receive a call from one of my members explaining how Yendaj was tearing apart the alliance.

You see this is where I don't generalize like a select few. I could have easily said The Final Stand caused all of the problems in whores but it was actually yendaj. This is like saying rebirth scammed 35 billion from the merc channel when it was actually just Uncle Bao. Yes Bao was in my corp too so I know all about him and his tricks :) He was not kicked for being a nasty pirate though. He was kicked for being rude!

2. As the years go by one would also hope the Merc Channel Mods would stay up to date knowing which mercs are bark or bite. I say this because Devils actually have bite. In a marketing sense why remove an entity from your channel that actually makes customers using your channel happy? This is like youtube removing Machinima because 3 years ago they reviewed a bad game. Why take away a feature that the customers liked??

3. When all is said and done I do hope the right thing prevails. I do see where this ignorance is coming from though... It's the world we live in... That's why all Americans are "fat", all Mexicans are "illegal", all French are "scared to fight", all Middle Eastern people are "terrorists", or all people that play Eve are "nerds." Lesson here? Don't judge a book by it's cover?

As a third party with about as much interest in the merc world as in the mining industry ( no offense we all pay our subs and if you enjoy merc life grats and keep it up)

It seems to me there is a lot of anger and resentment over this issue and with detachment it seems as if to me the following points are worth mentioning...

1. Alex and his collegues own and run the channel, so at the end of the day they have the right to remove any entity they wish for whatever reason.

2. They really have no need to justify their decision (in fact in these situations it is often wise for mods not to discuss the issue publicly as the best you can hope for is to not make things worse).

3. There is no reason the kicked mercs cannot start there own rival channel and work to lure merc entities/clients away.

Ultimately let me sum up as a third party.

Alex etc. can do what they like with their channel, they obviously worked to make it efficient and as such deserve credit for that.
If you are banned pull your fingers out and do something constructive, start your own channel, war dec and systematically destroy noir. don't come crying in forums it demeans you.

Complaining in C&P should be reserved for people who got blown up.

Knowledge of and approval does not indicate partaking in. I find it hilarious when anyone manages to scam people out of the contracts channel, but this does not mean I partake in it.

So Aleks i think the only thing people are looking for is a reasonable argument for why it happend...
So far you've given a "this happend in the past" and completely denied a voice from a guy that was in whores, except for the line you wanted to reply to.

If this is the 'only' thing you can respond with, and even changed raz name in a quote, i truly wonder how you managed to keep this channel alive for so long.

The channel SHOULD be a tool for mercs, not a place for you to play with your powers.
