I would like to buy a 120m+ sp super capital pilot

Requirements
JDC V
Caldari Carrier V ,
Advanced Drone İnterfacing 4-5, Fighter Bombers 4-5
Jump Portal Generation 1-5
Great electronics/Mechanics/Engineering
Great navigation
Very good Gunnery skills
Very good Spaceship Command
Missile skills will be + for me
Amarr and Minmatar preferable in Spaceship Command

No wasted sp please, only focused pilots

50-55 bil Budget, may be increased if i would see something interesting for me
I'm not in a hurry
