Wardec greifers Exsploits, how to end them.

I am new at this and one thing has Struck me in alliance corp warfare. It simply is made to easy for griefers in highsec to play dock and shoot warfare.
I dont get why they have been alowed a ´chance to go change ships during a fight. The person WHO made these rules really should rethink them.

Exsample: Greifer gets in too a fight with 3 newplayers from a mining corp (hence no good at pvp) he takes more damage than exspected so he uses he's non corp alt to repair him. for 1 min then docks. Changes to a faction navy batleship and whilest the noobs try to kill alt WHO repped that docks after 1 min and he can now easyli kill them in hes big ship.

Suggestion to fix this. To me this is very easy to fix and it is only a question if they want to. 5 min timer from the station you undocked from, and any neutral ship interfering in a wardec in highsec is imidiately deemed a criminal and atacked by Concord.

This will help not loosing so many customers in the first few week's off playing do to them getting killed by players WHO only are killing people in highsec to be an anoyance in local chat where they can intimidate new players. As soon they meet resistance they break off fight and dock up.

And if you dont want to fix those rules then please make energi drains Work proberbly Again so that us small Guys have a chance taking out those greifer clowns.

Regards to all you nice people.

TL&DR of OP's idea:
"I am new to this and other players are doing bad things to me, make them suffer for it and make it impossible for them to do it like they do it now, I don't want to adjust my gameplay and highsec carebear corps should be safe."

I hate station games as much as the next guy, but I don't hate them enough to see CCP screwing with aggro timers.

pro-tip: If you're slowly breaking his tank and he stops firing on you, then it's obvious he's trying to deagress and get away. Either keep firing in the hopes of breaking him, or stop firing and you can deagress too and do whatever you want to do

Since you can't get war-decced in a starter corporation, this change wouldn't help new players as much as you think it would. If you leave the starter corporation you should be experienced enough to not make newbie mistakes like attacking a ship without the proper support.

high Sec war decs suck, so I avoid them completely by visiting Low Sec and Null Sec. They won't follow you into either Low or Null on the grounds that things would be too even for them. They need the protection of high sec to deploy their RR alt.

In Null or Low you might mix it up with the locals for a bit, but after a while you get blue status with some of them and get to be known. In the meantime if you do die in null or low your destruction will not be recorded in the War Log unless of course you are fighting a war target which is impossible as none of the High Sec griefer corps have the balls to slip over the border and risk their precious officer mods.

Dumbing down of Eve Online will result in it's destruction...

Pretty much this. Once he deagresses (stops shooting) he is looking to dock (maybe jump if this happens near a gate). If he is going to dock, he'll likely change ships and almost surely to his advantage...so it would be a good idea to stop shooting right away too, so if you have to dock up you can.

This is Eve, adapt or die (i.e. learn the tricks, and to spot when your opponent is using them and change your strategies accordingly).

Yes, I agree that the loss of customers is always unaceptable
. . . I have even gone so far as to single handedly argue
the case of every banned player ( minus isk related )
in the face of extreem prejudice. . .

Could you come up with ideas that do not involve to much change yet introduce new "features" ?
Could you come up with ideas that do not require to much physics violations ?
Those are usually more accepted ideas.

I came up with a resoultion to the problem of roaming phycopaths decking rookies
. . . the other day I wrote about a "Rent-a-Thug Services" that would offer defence services
. . . The service would be honour based
. . . such as after services rendered, the corporation that was asisted rates the service provided
. . . the higher the "Asian-Style-Old-School-honour" that the "Rent-A-Thugs" corporations has acumulated
. . . then the more it can charge for its services of defending corporations that rent their services. . .

a) this would reduce the amount of roaming phycopaths that wardeck rookies for kicks,
for they would have an occupation that is simialr to what they are already interested in.
b) more customers that would get more customers cause there beginer experience is not that of an vampires victim

Second idea was that NPC stations that your corporation has VERY high standings with . . . would literally asist you in combat that is occuring in close proximity to an station of said NPC corporation . . .
What sort of assistance ? Non lethal from their perspective point; such as, energy neutralizers; nosferatus; remote armor, shiled, or hull repair allied ships . . . or hey . . maybe they just open up a can of whop-ass on them.

I would like to see it changed to if someone is being attacked then the station would refuse to tractor them inside,

so you would need to not attack anyone and not be attacked yourself if you want to dock
