hi guys anyone noticing a problem with the sensor sweep not showing new anomalys showing

If it is what I think you mean, I have seen it happen. I usually change my filters once or twice and it kicks back in.

Think the batteries in your wireless keyboard need changing, but on topic yes. Since the patch, even with the overlay on, my scanner window doesn't add new anomalies. The names also don't show in space unless you hover over them. Since every time they try and fix a bug, they add 2 or 3 more, might just live with this as is.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

From my experimentation I found out that overlay (onboard scanner) refreshes when:
- checking unchecking show anomalys checkbox
- changing signature filter
- changing ship
- entering system
- loging in

But especially does NOT refresh
- after some time periodicaly

It will refresh when a signature/anomaly expires as well.

Yes, it refreshes when one despawns, but not when one spawns--you need to manually trigger an update in order to see new sigs. Not quite the instant free intel we were promised (and pvpers were complaining about).
