Well thank god i have screenshot, and allready reported a scam. It was well planed it.

I was the Aeon pilot, and this was clearly a scam.

That's more or less what happened to us as well. We were in a group chat with the buyer, met at the safe point Alice 'confirmed' that she had the ISK, I vacated the Aeon, and the buyer took possession of it... and then Alice was suddenly offline and the 'buyer' was gone.

We never saw a single ISK.

Retok Tazinas was the "buyer" of our Aeon. Drama Prince was not a party or in system.

I will say that everyone was extremely polite. Both Retok and Alice were very professional and courteous during the entire transaction. They even blocked me immediately after taking possession of the ship and not transferring the money to prevent any awkwardness or heated words being exchanged.

Mainly I am disappointed in myself. If I were eating the loss alone, it would be much easier to deal with than the potential ramifications it has for my corp and small indy alliance taking such a hit. I like to think I'm a nice, generous, trusting guy -- and I have a tendency to project those attributes onto others. But this is clearly the type of situation that can arise when one has that style of gameplay.

If nothing else, I hope I can serve as a cautionary tale about this particular side of EVE, and prevent others from falling victim to this scam.

You post here that you have said logs available to anyone who asks for them. that is how you get around that rule. They are not protecting alice, only following the rules they put down.

I would like to buy a Nyx for my wormhole, neither Chribba or Grendel seems interested in the task. How you get in in heres your problem, but I will gladly pay large sums of isk.

I can't see why anyone would remove our posts on the topic. We are neither flaming nor rude. Our posts are topical, we are speaking to the veracity of Alice Saki's claims re: the business that is the topic of this thread. A GM should be able to verify the order of events easily enough, that Tav Mena jumped into system in the Aeon, that he ejected and another pilot boarded, and that no ISK was transferred to him, nor anyone in his Alliance by Alice Saki. They should also be able to verify that Drama Prince was not in system at the time (At least as far as my recollection of local goes).

There is no slander, name calling or trolling going on here. Just a genuine, first hand account of Alice's untrustworthy behavior.

The more this goes on it looks like those guys and the judge guy are after you, Alice.
It also looks like this was an elaborate attempt to raise free funds from people taking their side and feeling sorry for them being scammed, and I think is far worse than just a corporate or infiltration theft as its far more manipulative.

I'd like to see a copy of your combat logs and chat logs prot, if that is ok?
