Anyone notice the Jita monument change?

Edit: does it have a new description? maybe mentioning the "great" Jita riots?

Yeah it's on another thread, heres the new info text:

This was once a memorial to the winners of a riddle contest sponsored by late entrepreneur Ruevo Aram. After standing proud for half a decade, it was destroyed in late YC113 by capsuleers who were staging a mass uprising against an intolerable status quo of intergalactic affairs. Today, the ruins of this once-great work of art stand as a testament to the fact that change is the universe's only constant.

Someone should orginize a campaign to save the Jita statue. Preferably by shooting at it. On a side note CCP should make a unique station for jita 4/4. I suppose for Rens and Amar too.

Looks like CCP are going back to the good old days! Also agreed on the unique stations.

yeah, unique Station that should be at least 5x as big as the biggest one.

I approve.

As a matter of interest, I'm looking at the statue now on TQ, and it has been changed at some point to include the burn holes and mangled ends. I guess because no one picked up on it, CCP have decided to make it a bit more obvious.

That's still standing. The countless slaves and prostitutes used in the Amarr blood sacrifices has appeased their god hence the Amarr statue was spared.

Maybe, if all the Galltente pilots in game started shooting the Dodixie top station in protest at CCP's terrible excuse for hybrid 'rebalancing', they'd give us some monument to that as well.

They still wouldn't fix hybrids though.
