Crashing on only one account

EVE seems to be crashing when I fly a Buzzard, and only a Buzzard. I've tried it with two different installs, and it only seems to happen when I'm flying a Buzzard.

When it happens, the UI freezes totally. Other characters still see me online until I force quit, but I can't seem to issue commands and the graphics are frozen.

Most of the time I get no error message, but one time I saw this one: http://imgur.com/4Vx6LNQ

OK after checking again it seems to be crashing whenever I fly with my alternate account no matter what ship it is.

I tried to download the eve repair tool but after I decompress it I get a message saying it can't be run because it's damaged.

EDIT: I guess this should be discussed in the "constantly freezing up" thread since it's not one ship that's doing it.

I have the same problem my game crashes only on one account and its completely random but always while in space.
