I will look at lower SP characters if they are focused well.

Mainly looking for a Gallente focused character, though this is not a requirement.

Carrier with T2 sentries is a big bonus.

Disclosed budget for now is 17 billion isk. If you want this amount for your character, impress me. If not, i may counteroffer with a little lower, who knows.

This budget is subject to change, it may increase or decrease, so do not take it as a definite amount of all i can pay.
