Sweet Jesus. This is awesome.

Ninja edit: If we could be able to attach multiple screenshots, that would be superb.

Just added that last night. Cool
Should be in the next sisi update, along with cropping and some other annotation tools.

Excellent way to spend your Saturday evening What?

For the error on login, the logic is pretty simple and the only reason you should be getting that is if your username, password or character name don't match your Tranquility credentials (not necessarily the same as your Singularity ones).

There might be a bug in the bug data base with not being able to save a bug if you have never logged in to the data base before. will check that out once i bet back in to the situation i am trying to bug report.

Sending a bug report also puts the client into a unresposive state might want to add that as a warning in the bug reporting window. Sure takes a whileLol

The other issue is the charcter i am sending the bug report from is not on TQ as it is a bug testing alt. The check might be checking the wrong data base. Will this get changed. Alot of the NPE testing is faster on testing alts.

The ~10sec stall when the client is negotiating with the SSL library is something that we're looking into.
The bug will need to be posted from a user/character that exists on Tranquility. The bugs website is not hooked into the Singularity database at all. You can still test using any character, but when you submit your bug report enter your TQ information in the dialog.

You need to use your TQ credentials. If you can login to the bugs site the toll should work. If it doesn't file a bug report the old fashioned way..

My little experience

1. The image editing utility is awesome; this utility looks awesome.
2. But when I lcick "SEND", my computer freezes (EVE ui becomes irresponsive, no alttabbing possible) and I have to cltr-alt-canc to do access another application.
3. After a minute or so, i get the "sending bug report" message window, the UI becomes responsive and I can "alttab". The bar progresses until I get this notification

Quote:
Server error in sending bug-report to the bug-reporting server. Response is

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

I just have to press ok. As I verified on the web, bugreport was not submitted.

The new in-game bug reporting tool bugs out on me.......Sad

In essence after hitting submit the progress bar goes to 100% and stays there. The only way to make the client responsive again is to hit Esc. and cancel the bug reporting tool. And yes, I have waited for it to complete for quite some time. (20 minutes should be enough I would think....)
As far as I can tell from the logserver there is some problem finding the DXDiag report. After that it just fails.

Bug report about bug reporting tool (Oh the irony!): 118718

The plan is to release it with the Crucible expansion provided we dont run into any issues.

Awesome job, but please stop making this game so easy to use (only joking), first we have the game looking great with the new Nebula, next Team Papercuts fix stuff we never new existed along with others people screamed about for years, then you guys come up with this.

Just a quick question, are the screen shots high or low resolution?

I just ask as my upload speed is not that great and even uploading pictures to my Hotmail account can take some time if they are high resolution (4320* 2432 widescreen camera).

A 1920 * 1200 widescreen picture plus DXdiag files etc could be quite an upload, any idea of the total load for an average bug report?

Awesome screenshot tool. So cool - I can't help but want more :)

Proportional sizing buttons 50% - 100% - 200%
Useful for small crops that look bad when scaled to fit the window, and 200% will be popular with folks that want to place arrows precisely.

Arrows could be auto-numbered when placed, (as an option?) to help with notes in the bug.

You can number elements by right clicking them and selecting the option.

I can't report any bug with this ingame tool, i write the TQ passwd, send the report and after the sending process i obtain always this error message:

An unknown error occurred when sending bug report.
Details:
[Errno 10054] Se ha forzado la interrupción de una conexión existente por el host remoto: 'recv operation failed'

Could you run the Logserver.exe from your installation folder before you start the game and submit a bug report on this issue the old fashioned way through https://bugs.eveonline.com
