WTB subcap specialist 25b budget

I am looking for a character that can fly most if not all Battlecruiser and below t1 and t2 ships well.

Some Specifics:

- AT LEAST 3 racial frigate/destroyer/cruiser/Battlecruiser V
- You should be able to t2 fit all guns/missiles for the races you're trained for and fit both t2 armor and shield tank.
- Recon V and Logistics V would be a nice plus, other t2 ship skills at IV
- Obviously I need to see appropriate support and fitting skills

You Should have AT LEAST 60 mil SP.
