I for one will be selling all of my Christmas gifts like always, once the speculation price point is at an acceptable level. I would price the current Christmas gifts at 40-50m each.

Speculate as you will.

I'm betting more than that, definitely in the 9-figure range. I mean, cmon man, set effects!

Clearly this new Christmas gift is an indication that CCP is working on the long-overdue revamp of smuggling mechanics for next release.....

^^^^another swing and a miss.

Here's a teaser:

"...went one step further to assuage fears however and vowed never to release the (christmas present) to open markets, providing only a single-run issue to capsuleers as a demonstration of the technology."

Should I reveal it all?

If anyone else wants to see it they can just rip the file archives themselves.

First of all, if I have to feed it, it's going to die.

Second of all, we don't care.

If anyone ever looks at you and says,_ "Hold my beer, watch this,"_  you're probably going to want to pay attention.

Since the gifts are on sisi as of today, it's only a matter of time until they get posted. I'll be the guy to do it:

SPOILERS BELOW

Quote:
Hardwiring - Genolution Core Augmentation CA-1 goes in implant slot 1 (perception) combines the bonuses of an Ocular Filter - Basic (+3 PER), 'Squire' PG hardwiring (powergrid output) , and 'Squire' CC hardwiring (capacitor capacity). The PG and CC bonuses are a base 1.5% each, which is between the two lowest available in-game (PG2 is 1%, PG3 is 2%).

Hardwiring - Genolution Core Augmentation CA-2 goes in slot 4 (intelligence) and combines the bonuses of a Cybernetic Subprocessor - Basic (+3 INT), 'Gypsy' KMB hardwiring (CPU output), and 'Squire' CR hardwiring (capacitor recharge). As in the CA-1, hardwiring bonuses are 1.5% each.

But that's not all! Each implant has a "set effect" which gives a 50% bonus to all secondary effects, per implant. The secondary effects in this case should be the fitting/capacitor bonuses -- which turns those 1.5% bonuses into 2.25% or 3% depending on if you have one or both Christmas implants in your head. These implants, should their effects last beyond the Christmas holiday, will be a sought after item by rich mission runners and the ~elitepvp~ crew. The fitting bonuses are in learning implant slots, which means they'll be able to stack with other fitting implants in order to allow ship fits never before possible in Eve. Let's hope CCP decides to keep them as-is and makes them the official xmas gift, because they're pretty sweet and I think they'd have a lot of happy pilots posting on the forums in joy. Better than a damn shuttle. And with implants showing up on pod killmails in Winter, what perfect timing!
