Why bannable? He is not saying he is actively pursuing other players, merely that he takes on all comers via the New Order's RP.

Not a thing wrong with that. Or is any action against a "new player" bannable to you? Are you going to be one of those people who encourage a noob to launch a petition when they die of their own stupidity?

Now, we've had reasonable conversations before, so, here goes...

I can almost 100% promise you that the last thing CCP will ever mess with is the non consensual aspect of PVP in this game. CCP comes from Ultima Online's pre-trammael days, with the explicit motivation to NOT make that same mistake. The higher ups at CCP have stated that they'd rather kill the game off, over removing noncon PVP. No matter what, EVE will always retain the ability to target and open fire on another ship, even if they don't want to fight.

I doubt Galaxy is going to get banned. They've been at this for a long time. As I said, it's likely just an ISD using poor wording to describe "Newbie zones along with participating in SoE arc".

Also, we're not fascists, we're religious zealots.

We're big mean doodooheads, Mr Gauntlet. We're quite literally a form of radical authoritarian nationalism that came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe. Fascists (us) seek to unify their nation through a totalitarian state that promotes the mass mobilization of the national community, relying on a vanguard party to initiate a revolution to organize the nation on fascist principles.

You were right on the third one. Hadn't had anyone threaten me with nullsec friends since I started my little adventure in Balle. (for which, by the way, I have awarded myself the title of "Baller".)

Got a lot of the rest of the list though. My favorite are the numerous references to space honor.

As to the last sentence, likewise. :)

That is where you're wrong. They have explicitly stated that griefing new players in starting systems is if not a bannable offense, a stern warning and then temp-bannable offense. Just like any other company they don't want people leaving the game because some douche mcdoucheface pods a new player as soon as they undock the first time.

That is messing with the newbies. Pretty much the only concession to noncon PVP, and only in specific systems.

I feel the same, killing fresh faces is pretty dumb. There's some disagreement with what a fresh face is, but I tend to avoid anyone under two weeks.


Outside of that though, all bets are off. CCP has stated if the choice was noncon PVP and a shutdown, they'll go with a shutdown. It's literally as in the dictionary definition of literally, one of the core components of EVE.
