Launcher is stuck here at 0.0%. "The server you are connecting to doesn't have a published update package".

yep same here, one pc got 15% then froze had to use task manager to shut it (not responding) now wont even open launcher! the second pc doesn't even get that far just the "The server you are connecting to doesn't have a published update package" error

it says join 31261 other pilots online so im assuming its just a few of us with this error?

doesn't work, i've tried several times it still freezes and then after reboot it says The server you are connecting to doesn't have a published update package, just like before

I am not a god? Why dont you pull the trigger and find out.

Same message here at the time I am posting this. Yesterday things were still fine.

Very handy at this point in time when I have 1hr left in my skillqueue :(

Tried, got the same error message as before "The server you are connecting to doesn't have a published update package" again and the launcher generates the same error messsage about an unsuccesfull client update.

nope. did this still the same: downloading still stuck at 2/4 15%

We are currently experiencing an issue with our launcher update caused by Level3 caching servers. We are currently working on resolving the issue and our current ETA to fix is 17:35.

Аналогичная проблема с невозможностью обновления серевера. Невозможно восстановить клиент через репейр - пишет, что невозможно связатья с сервером. Невозможен вход в игру.

same issue, restarted the launcher and my whole computer, ran the eve repair tool, reset the launcher settings, still getting either the file does not exist or stuck at 15% every time i reboot the launcher

Pc client, I got stuck on 15% aswell :/
Edit: Just restarted and now the launchers pops up with "The server you are connecting to doesn't seem to have a published update package." on start up and instead of 15% it says "Client update was unsuccessful".

ok so any idea if theres a specific place where ccp may post that theres a problem/what the problem is/how long its gonna take

do ccp know theres a problem?


lack of customer service from ccp is nothing new.
