A lot of regulars didn't make it this past Saturday night, some on vacation, some under the weather, others planning a trip out of town. Still others just haven't shown up and no word from them.

We had a couple of new faces, though. Always good to meet up with players we haven't met before.

Our next meetup will be at 8 PM on Saturday, 31 August. Hope to see a bunch more people next month!

As it turns out, I just snapped that today is my son's birthday, so I will be taking him to dinner at the restaurant/club of his choice, which I doubt will be the King's Head.

The next scheduled Meetup is on Saturday, 26 October, at 8 PM. The King's Head pub is still, as far as I know, the chosen site.
