For short-range rocket brawlers, a Caldari Navy Hookbill might actually work. Five mids for good tank and tackle (often you'll find scram/double-web setups), missile/rocket bonuses that hit nice and hard, and pretty good speed (that will get nerfed a bit in Odyssey).

A rocket brawler needs to be able to tackle its target and keep it close, and webs help with preventing the target from speed-tanking the rocket damage. The Kestrel isn't quite as well suited to that sort of combat, with one fewer mid-slot than the Hookbill.

Both the Kestrel and the Hookbill are really good rocket brawlers...

Perfect fit for what you want right here Google: Rocket fit Condor for small gang pvp eve online.

END RESULT **** ton of fits. Do research before demanding from other players. Eve is about information people are trying to help by sharing alternative fits for what you want to do.

My advice learn to respect everything these vets have come here to share with you.

OP sounds very immature. He is still young enough to believe that the world revolves around him, and that we are all here to serve him. Rocket condor, stop there push it aside and look for other options.

Double web or double disrupt hookbill is probably the best t1 rocket frigate out there.

other option would be a rocket Corax.

Firstly;

The time you've wasted justifying/defending your lack of time to respond to unwanted posts has just wasted you that precious time.
Ironic? no, a simple; "thank you for that, but any other fits to compare?" would have done you you wonders.

Secondly;

People are only offering you advice when they say check and maybe re-evaluate your choice of skill priorities. The "BEST" rocket fit condor will not help you if you are not prepared to take some advice for the years of collective experience.

As said before, I would fit a condor with LML instead, rockets just lack the range and damage really. I would fit something like:

HIGH:
Light Missile Launcher II - CN Scourge Light Missile
Light Missile Launcher II - CN Scourge Light Missile

MID:
Limited 1mn Microwarpdrive I
Balmer Series Tracking Disruptor I - Optimal Range

You can put out very decent damage, at the end of warp disruptor range. Not many frigates do that. It's great for kiting. Now whether or not you want the advice, is up to you. Personally, I think you should train Light Missiles V as soon as possible
