Kyros got the cold shouler in not being able to haul ice refinables

I am curious as to why the decision was made that the Kyros would only be able to haul asteroid minerals. Asteroids are only half of what is mined in space, and I know a dedicated hauler for ice products would have been very helpful in dealing with these large-mass products.

The Miasmos is able to haul ice blocks as well as asteroid ore. Why was this same scheme not passed onto the Kyros? You effectively made a ship half as useful as it could have been.

This issue came up in the feedback thread during the rebalancing process. As I understand the quoted post, the Kryos not being able to haul refined Ice mats is not a design decission but rather a technical limitation.
