If your SOLAR FLEET its drone space, although having actually lived there once I don't know why.
Other than that, any place but the south. The south has had more turn-overs in alliances both legit sov and renter holders than any other part of space and no one loves emergency evac orders.

I bet all the Drones, Southern and Eastern renters are tired of getting conquered and kicked out every 6 months. I'd be looking for a stable coalition with the military might to hold regions for YEARS and not months.

Does such a thing exist? Cool
