Can you use Orca's fitting service while aggressed?

According to this:

a recent incarna patch removed the ability to swap ships with an orca while aggressed (nerf to ninja salv gankers)


I'm more concerned with the fitting service.

In high, low, and null, if your ship is aggressed, can you use the orca's fitting service?

As far as I can know, you can still use a carrier's fitting service, so I'm assuming an Orca's is the same.

Huh. I always sort of wanted kill rights on the orca alt. You know, some risk to flavor those rewards?

Confirming you can refit, swapping is a bit more difficult, but still possible under certain conditions.
