hi. Im a bit more than a proteus pilot, but should be interesting for you. I can have subsystems 4 and gal strat cruiser 4 within a week or so. I have perfect gunnery support skills ( so many of the long level 5s) and T2 rails and stuff. an also fly Marauders, HACs and AFs. Is very close to a Moros.

Additionally operating in RvB, you would be able to take advantage of the isk making potential of the character. He has the right trading, research and industry skills to make lots of isk with v little effort to replace fleet ships. Research and trade are particularly passive.

Finally, exhumers 5 and transport ships just in case you feel the need to mine. Obviously these dont add much to the value, but theyre a nice bonus to anyone who might ever use them.

Asking 13bil buyout but open to offers if you like me.
