CCP.exe crashes all the time

I am having this issue also.

Seems to be pretty random when it happens, although ive been docked all times it has happened - doing different stuff

I have also had random ccpexe crashes, every one of mine has been on a session change, and wether its related or not, since 1.1 after sesion change, the system info/ap/mission info takes up to 30secs to populate(generally about 10sess).

I'll probably jinx myself, but the crashes seem to have stopped after today's downtime? I haven't been on more than an hour so I will test this theory later tonight.

Hi everyone, it appears we found the culprit- it was a low level memory corruption bug in Stackless Python that is possibly responsible for a whole host of other crashes we've never been able to explain. In the meantime CCP Karkur has patched a number of the callsites in the UI that should be live already or with today's client, so crashes should be reduced. The real fix should make it into tomorrow's patch and *fingers crossed* these crashes should go away for good.

Good to know about the potential fix tomorrow, I will post in here again because I quite interestingly get this one of my accounts at least once a day and I have never experienced it on the other. Might be useful for diagnosticsBig smile

My crashing stopped after a PC reboot on/around the 8th, and as I leave it running endlessly, that likely helped if there was a memory issue -- some people are still talking about crashing still as of this morning, for reference.

Hi all, i have some similar issue here, totally random crash and windows return.

Two modules are involved : "StackHash_0a9e" and "_trinity_dx9_deploy.dll".

I have not had an issue like this before.

I was fine before the patch today, now I am getting the freezing patcher like others are experiencing.

I have tried the usual fixes to no avail, will persevere more and report back if I find a fix.

Been getting random crashes now and then when I enter warp of go through acceleration gates.
Only been happening since 1.1

I will try a client repair and then run logging if it keeps up.
