Eve is also about renewal, new ideas, constantly moving forward with growing success = change is good.

True, but he's been gone awhile, and I'm more concerned about the immediate future that is directly affected by Soundwave's impending departure.

If you recall this year's keynotes, Soundwave and Seagull set forth some pretty cool ideas for the future of EVE.

So I guess we wait to see how the new person in the job decides to "mark their territory" when they take over.
