After Odyssey 1.1, initial discovery scanner readout in space (green brackets) are not hoverable. Tool tips do not appear. New signatures that appear in space, after other of same tipe is completed, are not hoverable either.

All this with the view signatures in space turned to off. If its turned on, signatures in space are again hoverable.
