my eve install is broken

I've tried repair tool using files not shortcuts
all I get is target payload not found I've turned off all my protection and tried repair tool not working launcher fails to get past verification


i'm not trying to download eve offline installer and again payloads not available and web page for direct downloading is not responding on Firefox or internet explorer?

since today's downtime all this started as my client said incompatible protocol like there is an update but I was told no update was issued?

help me I never really have trouble with eve but in the last week launcher don't work now this

omg did they upload another patch? guess that means I have to download the whole offline installer AGAIN (as the launcher is not working for sure...)...

if you click on the links they do eventually download lol just leave page loading offline installer. took me like a hour

updated I just finished installing clean eve install now it says server not found again with no protection enabled nor does repair work also it passes validation but fails to patch omg
