Where is the Sidekick program?

I want to start a Sidekick alt to be able to play at the same time as my main. I do not want to start a buddy invite to myself. The offer and link was available for 90 days at around 23 bucks. Now the link is dead and the account management page does not have any information.

ALL, and I mean all the links from the monthly EVE Newsletter emails are going into a default site of http://links.mail.eveonline.com/ which just shows some sort of anti-spam blurb. The last newsletter had the Sidekick link but it does not go to the correct location anymore. How does one start a Sidekick for my main now? CCP? ISD's? Hello?

They only run the offer for limited periods of time. Wait a while, I'm sure it will be back ...soon™
