The character also has 5,4million refunded sp that you may spend on whatever skill you wish. (dates back from the learning skills refund)

So if i add both trained and refund sp = 63,7mil sp


edit : i checked your wanted skills my character does not have and the refund sp is more then enough to get you all of them with plenty to spare;
