Let me get this straight.
A parting employee, with intimate knowledge of changes happening in the next 3 months, approaches some traders from his old group. He then tells them what items will be impacted with the winter release.

This trading group, who are quite bright, and very good at covering any illicit tracks, use multiple trading alts totally unaffiliated with their mains, or even known alts on the same accounts.

They quietly spread their buying selling over many accounts, gathering product they know will spike.

Now, please enlighten me how CCP would know that the parting employee broke any NDA?
Because even if CCP is tracking the trading patterns of certain products they expect to spike with the winter release, there is zero ways to trace this back to the parting employee, nor his trading corpmates.

It could have come from any person on the CSM, or any CCP employee.
And I strongly doubt CCP has a group that zealously tracks product price spikes, and then tracks the money flows that could be moved to the main accounts months later.


They do have an Internal Affairs department though.

You can say what you like about the The Mittani, ( and on this forum, you usually do), but if that article is anything to go by, he is without doubt unimpeachable gastronomically.
