Ever wondered what would happen if there where 1 system with a level 4 mission agent and unlimited roids that would not be gankable?

The scary thing is, it seems as if the pilot didn't care much, and was actually able to afford the loss judging by the combined 33 billion bounty placed on those who destroyed him... I honestly wonder how much ISK he's sitting on.
