WTB subcapitol PvP character 40b max

I would like to buy a subcapitol focus PvP character. The character should have following:

-Logistics V
-Recon V
-Most gunnery t2 with perfect support skill
-Most missile t2 with good support skill
-at least three cruiser V
-all battecruiser and destroyer V
-at least three frigate V


Other thing I would like:

-jump skill
-Black Op Battleship
-One race armor capitol with decent skill
-t2 sentrie and heavy
