So we have corps that will ship my crap all over new eden.
But I still have to move to a region to make buy orders.

Well If we have corps that were setup to handle it we could assign them a item exchange contract in the trade hub of our choice for them to give us an quantity of items at a price + % to cover our trouble. The Brokerage corp buys the material and accepts the contract and get the money. The customer gets the product which they can then move using a courier contract.

We could require a certain amount of isk up front, to prevent scams (List a bunch of my crap on market, send in contract, cancel after my crap sells)

Alts, friends and jump clones all help make this idea k̶i̶n̶d̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶u̶s̶e̶l̶e̶s̶s̶ have limited appeal in my opinion. The deposit would make me wary too, since I don't know you, and your posting history on that character is limited.

There are variations of what you are suggesting already in game, so as a concept, yes it can work

A very entrepreneurial idea. I would wonder though if the work behind running the operation would be worth the gains.
