Nah. i have made several petitions and he clearly "knows" ( or he is ) SOMEONE at CCP because he is allowed to open as many threads as he likes, and bump them at will, without being banned. Eventually his threads get deleted, but after a good while.

warning to buyers. There is no bounty on this char at the moment. However, you should know that when someone buys it, i will place a 100 mil isk bounty in-game. Knowing that buying from this jerk will make you more appealing as a target, might make you think twice.
