awesome service, they never fail me, and they are really quick,

done more than 15 contracts with them so far

highly recommend black frog and their high sec division red frog as well

Couldn't get my gear from Rens to lowsec home base to save my life.

Contracted Black Frog and had it in less than a day.

Will use again, would recommend to anyone who needs to move anything.

I have sent an email to the designated pilot that accepted my most recent contract. I have used your delivery before in the past and things have almost always arrive between 30min-6hours. I am unaware if this has been subcontracted to another pilot but thus even with a 150mil tip to promote fast service since you guys have done so well for me in the past (I do realize you dont do rush shipping). My only thing is thatI now have 2 contracts accepted remotely by somone who remains offline. ive nearly hit the billion dollar mark on shipment costs. I dont mean to pry but 48 hours after submittion i have never seen the pilot logged in.

Please let me know if somthing needs to be done.

Hi, looking at those contracts, I can see that the first one was completed 36h after submission, and the second one 25h after submission.

Was there other contracts under another alt you submitted?

Tips are appreciated, but wont speed up deliveries. A Black Frog pilot will always think safety first, and sometime, if the system is camped, or if there is a miscalculation about time needed before IRL kicks in, the pilot will wait a bit before risking the jump.

I made a contract with my alt "Old Sack" 3 days ago. And I've been following the service status. somehow mine gets skipped. Is it because of my alt being newly created so you might think it's a trap or something? Is it the destination? I think most the alliances in the area have set you to blue standings.

My last order was from "alexandra russell" with a similar destination was finished at around 12h. Good service, just don't get why this one is taking so long

Hello jachill!

As you can see at out BFL service status page, we currently have few contracts in the queue, older than 48hrs.
This is unfortunately a result of increased queue over the weekend, which is slowly being unloaded by our pilots.
Some contracts are picked up quicker, as we have more pilots available in the area, some of them take little longer.
Sometimes the systems are hard to reach (station camps, gate camps, incursions) or simply it's not safe for us to go there immediately.

We're working based on the contracts age, but with Jump Freighters, we also need to include other factors.

I hope this little slower delivery, won't impact your perception of Black Frog Logistics as professional hauling service.

Used Black Frog yesterday to courier a load of stuff from null back to empire space. I think it was a total of 40 jumps or so in null and low sec back to empire. I logged on today and the contract has been completed! What a brilliant service, I didn't expect them to get it done so quick! I've never used Black Frog or Red Frog before but I would recommend them and used them again. Well done guys and thanks very much, impressed!

i need to move three, maybe four jumps worth of stuff from a lowsec system with a station. is there any sort of 'bulk discount' available for a situation like this? it's an easy move, one jump out and one jump back.

i make spreadsheets for pretty cheap. contact me for more info.

Have you rethought delivering to Providence NRDS stations? As long as the pilot is not on the CVA KOS list, they'll be able to dock at any of the stations in Provi.

I've got a recurring need for a jump freighter full of goods to be jumped in about once a month, and Black Frog would be perfect for this.

It's unfortunate that I can't give you my business. :-(
