In case I can entice you in an alternative to shield tanking pve toon

T3 Legion with subs to lvl 5 and t2 med pulse/beam

Currently can do Amarr Navy lvl 4s

Though its not a shield tanker or a missiles boat (while its possible with the t3 legion my skills for are very entry level, went racial with the laserz).
