Hi Sorry if this is the wrong place.

I have an account that was being paid via plexing but I havent had the 10 day warning and so this morning the account went off.

I went to the option for hours for plex but its not there anymore?.

Is the hours for plex just a 1 off thing or does it give you the chance every time your plex runs out


Ive sent a petition but was just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue.

Hours for PLEX can be used as many times as needed, however, should you fail to PLEX an account within the 4 hour time frame, it will no longer be available on the account. This is done to prevent abuse of the option.

I did this once when I forgot to actually activate the plex I bought, derp.

Make a GM ticket and explain everything and they'll flag your account so the Hours for Plex option shows up again.
