Like thousands of others that have supported You / EVE for years... I would like you to Personally Respond in this thread.

I would like to know that you are still here listening...

I would like to know that you are closely monitoring EVERYTHING!

And most of all...

... I would like to know if you are going to Make Good on the things you said in your - Apology Letter? That took some nerve... Gave people hope... and a new respect for you.

However, your enlightenment has not been embraced by CCP as a whole. The arrogance you spoke of was Hardly Exclusive to you ( It's not all your fault ) It continues to exist in your remaining staff.

In your customer service department... Worse than arrogance... Is an abundance of INDIFFERENCE. They respond quickly but only with words not actions that make any difference.

The Winter Update won't mean anything unless it is backed up by a major change in customer service attitude. This does not mean breaking rules or letting people walk all over you. But, it does mean a change in attitude and ACTIONS in customer service that will retain subscribers.


No entity no matter how unique can survive without strong customer relations.

On a serious note, what are you talking about? The way petitions are answered isn't going to change. The customer support didn't really ever die. There are some things that they can't change, like losses. Maybe if you were more specific in your complaints, someone could properly respond, rather than making vague assumptions about an even more vague post.
