If you are trying to reapir your amarr standing i say read the standing repair plan first on you find it on the eve wwiki pagees

If not i suggest you start with one of the many amarr corporations open you agent finder

A good start is the ministry of internal order , lots of agents everywhere tho avoid perigame and taru if you can

The fastest way I have found to raise amarr empire standing of an alt was to have them join an FW corp and then plex in a fast frigate for a few days, by the time your own standings impact the corps in seven days you should have great faction standing, ofc at the ruin of gallente and minmatar, but who cares about them anyway?

of course, if you really are worried about that sort of thing, just follow the links other have posted.
