AFTER 1.1 patch - Some rats has 99% resi HULL when they almost dying.

First of all, sorry for my broken english.

I killed many rats after 1.1 patch.

I knew what it has.

[Ships and other space objects were getting destroyed if their structure hitpoints received 50% or more damage of the current health in a single shot. This feature has been removed entirely.]

OK. So I did not surprise when my one valley shot did not kill some rats.Cry
They can have hull hit point after my attack. I think it will be last attack.Twisted

BUT

When my large beams deals ONLY 15 - LOG says SMASH! NOT GRAZE- on nearly dying rat,
AND It was ALIVE! Shocked It makes me attack again!

NOT only that time. IT happens to other rats. and my corp mates say they experienced samething -
99% resi hull of almost dying rat.

HOW can this things happen?
I think CCP makes some rats have 99% hull resi when they nearly dying.

We saw the same issue.

Yeah, fired a full flight of missiles into a cruiser with 2% structure left and it failed to kill it. Happening pretty regularly.

Yeah I'm getting the same as you guys something very very weird is going on.

Archon normally always die in 2 vollies the little fookers are now taking 3 every single time.

Commanders normally die in two vollies the little fookers are now taking 3

I've got loads of screen shots showing the same thing the little **** just don't want to die.

Nelphims + Seraphims are really taking the **** they used to die in at most 4 vollies now its taking up to sometimes 6 vollies to kill them. I've also noticed that npc are repping like crazy, they're like the the npc boss in the vengance mission but not as big a rep.

EDIT: The pics are showing the npc in hull.

It happens quite often.
and it does reduce effective isk/hr.

Maybe CCP meant to do so.

I tried to figure it out and got some logs.

Let's see the log first.

[ 2013.09.04 11:41:20 ] (combat) 421 to Alvus Queen - Garde II - Hits
[ 2013.09.04 11:41:20 ] (combat) 22 to Alvus Queen - Garde II - Hits

Those are hits on the same target below half of hull.
But the damages are totally different, about 20 times.

1. It only happens when the hull is belower than half.

2. It frequently happens, but not always.

3. Regardless of weapon grouping, it happens.

I don't know why, but it seems to have a problem.

Sorry, Drones do not repair themselves, except elite cruisers.
So I could not figure it out.

Reminded me of this line from the patch notes. Maybe related, maybe not:

Yes, but it seems they are taken abnormal damage, when they are about to be destroyed.

I don't think they troll these forums for bug reports. If the in-game bug reporting tool still doesn't work, maybe try the Odyssey 1.1 Issues thread?
