I am paying out bounties to those who kill explorers in lowsec. I will pay the killer the exact amount of isk lost, so for a T2 exploration frig you're looking at an easy 20M for the hull +modules and any loot they may have already gathered. Sometimes you'll find someone with a Sisters probe launcher, there's another 40M payout, and GG to you if it drops! Here are the conditions:

1. I will only pay for kills in the Devoid, Domain, Tash-Murkon, and Derelik regions, and only in lowsec systems.

2. Because they are cheap, for T1 frigs there will be a minimum payout of 5M

To claim your bounty, simply evemail me the KM and I will send the isk along with a confirmation mail.

Dont kill me! Please set me to blue if you plan on engaging in this hunt.

Happy Hunting!!

EDIT: Added Domain and Tash-Murkon regions to the targeted areas. Removed T1 per day limitation.

Do you accept kill mails dating from before the posting of this topic? If so I could send you a couple dozen right now, made during the summer break.

This sounds like an elaborate (and expensive) way to avoid getting shot by pirates. If I find you're flying an exploration ship, I will shoot you and send you your own kill mail. Lol

Call me a cynic but this seems like a stealth blue scam. You get loads of blue standings and since most frigs are t1 piloted by throw away ALTs in cheap crap your exposure is limited to 10m isk per day.

You rarely find a t2 exp frig as they're not really necessary.

That said, I guess people are getting paid for what they enjoy.

Exploration is kinda overcrowded so i think he is trying to get blue plus kill his competition at what seems to be a fairly generous rate. He only really needs to keep interest going for a few weeks before significant numbers relocate, he gets reset and goes on as b4 but finding more sites than he did before.
No one seems to be losing except the people who scan in this area that aren't the OP.

Money at its root is a form of rationing. When the richest 85 people have as much wealth as the poorest 3.5 billion (50% of humanity) it is clear where the source of poverty is. http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2014/jan/20/trickle-down-economics-broken-promise-richest-85

He didn't say he wouldn't pay for the other kills if he's also shot, only that he wouldn't pay for his own kill, so why bother with blue at all?

Very nice plan OP. I'll reimburse you 15% for every confirmed payment you make.

I have a lover, her name is EVE. I see her every night and all she asks in return is that I have a pilot's license.

This is what's called moving in and planning to stay ... and has little to do with scanning skills.

Sounds more to me more like wanting to see off the competition without any hassle.

Tell someone you love them today, because life is short. But scream it at them in Esperanto, because life is also terrifying and confusing.

I know OP's route. And when he runs it....does the bounty apply to you?

If you send him KMs he will know to look out for you in local and scram accordingly....

If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there.

Now that they run around unarmed it is fish in a barrel....holds full of loot.

It's more an issue with moving into a highly populated lowsec region to do profession sites.

Exploration has little to do with scanning skills.

Confirming that the OP is honoring bounty payments, just received 7.1 mil for a Heron explorer kill.
