Some new officer mod fittings seem very wrong (+small rant on ds/faction mods)

Various fitting insanities:
Officer warp disruptors and warp scramblers (1900-2200MW vs 1MW for all other) even a BS will have trouble sparing that much grid.
Same for officer webs.
Probably more like that to be found, if someone would go dig through them.

A number of officer and deadspace modules worse than T2 - which is a old problem, not the newly introduced ones.
Not talking about the "wrong" cases of gist shield boosters that win it back on reduced cap usage, but things like shield boost amps and others.
Similarly, some faction stuff is very off for its meta level.

Case example: 425mm rails.
Meta 3 does same or more damage as all faction 425s (meta8) and one of the officers ones(meta11), only drawback is bit shorter range, but in all cases better fitting and cap use.

Meta 4 eclipses that, goes on par with the T2 425, apart from the specialization bonus and T2 ammo. Although the CN and DG versions outrange it (62k vs 57k), is outdamages them. The relatively minor range edge is not enough to step down to a shorterrange ammo to gain some dps and does nothing for things that are close (antimatter range).

Messy distibution of desireablility like that is completely out of line.

Take a look at 1400mm arty or Tachyons (large beams) to compare with something that looks like it was done properly.
Those line up with reasonable expectations (and rarity).

Some other unfun stuff: medium remote armor reps.
Take a look at the capuse.
108 for the T2. 180-207 for the deadspace ones, while nowhere near justifying that with more repping.
Best case:
Corpum a-type @234rep for 207cap vs
T2 192rep for 108cap vs
Corp C-type @200 for 180cap.
So fitting a C-type ups the capuse by 67%, while repping only 4% more. Bad tradeoff.
Same for small remote reps. (there are no large faction/deadspace ones).

Annoying offtopic, while there are officer energy neutralizer modules, there are no Corp ones. There are Corp energy vamps, just not neutralizers (though there are dark blood ones).
Same note: thukker and 1/10MN afterburners + all MWD classes. Got RF/FN/Dom/serpentis, but not the mobility junkies in Thukker. They are present in the 100MN AB bracket but not in 10/1 or any MWD size.

Ok. I am tired of digging now, hope someone else already has a more complete list.

btw what is this 'Legion' thing under faction items? Mordus?. E.g. Legion multispectral ECM.

Officer warp disruptors, scramblers, energy neuts have always had high fitting requirements so they were used mainly on capitals although some marauders can fit them though.

The hybrids i agree it looks as if they have been balanced from meta 0 to T2 and the rest forgotten. They should at least have the fitting requirements reduced like the others.

There are corp neutralizers ammatar navy, imperial navy, dark blood, true sansha though sometimes it simply isn't worth the lp to purchase them unless they drop from a rat in a belt or anom.

As to your last point...indeed, I'm pretty sure that "Legion" items belong to Mordu's Legion. Pirate

DED Shield Transporters are also sadly lacking compared to their meta4/T2 counterparts (just to add another item to your list).
