When I try to update to Odyssey 1.1, I'm seeing the following exception on both my MacBook Pro and iMac:

I'd post the full log, but your forum software thinks it contains HTML and is blocking me. :(

Yep same thing. I think the launcher needs an update so hard-fired up the game from inside the app folder to force a launcher patch and am downloading a third time again. Will post here again if this fix applies.

EDIT: Yep, applied. This should work just as well if use the 'launch eve' button at the bottom of that error dialogue. You'll get a client out of date error and then the client will auto patch the launcher, you can then launch the launcher again and it should update correctly.

Apologies in advance for my terrible instructions.

I'm getting the same error. It forces a reload of the entire 757Mb patch when restarting the client.

I got that error. I killed the process, then made sure there were no zombie processes.

Then I launched the launcher again. It worked the second time. Its annoying as it has to do the download a second time.

Im not even sure it was downloading the same thing the two times. Its almost like it was "download an update...oops its already out of date, crash. Restart, download the next one."

I got that error too. I just quick and restarted the launcher, and it redownloaded and reapplied the patch. The second time was the charm.

Yep, you need to close the launcher then do the entire update all over again. Second time works successfully.

I can't get my client to update despite starting and closing it multiple times. Anyone else have a workaround?
