Incursion nerf/buff

At the moment, there is an imbalance within incursions, Vanguards, are able to make in excess of 160mil+ with a shiny fleet, which is ridiculous considering how easy they are, whereas, Assauls/headquarters can only make 90mil maximum (I know this as an experienced Assault/Headquarters FC).

It takes 30-40 people to attract a decent amount of isk/hr for a headquarter site, which takes a painstaking amount of work and patience, on top of this, HQs also have a significantly higher chance of losing your ship. Compared to Vanguards which are ridiculously easy, however, the increased competition for Vanguard sites also lowers the chance of getting a payout which is only a slight nerf to their ISK/hr. The Headquarter site is my favourite site as it allows and promotes interaction throughout incursioneers which is great, I have met and become friends with in-numerous amount of people, and it is a shame this is not rewarded as well as little social interaction as Vanguards.

I am proposing that Vanguards; get a considerable DPS increase, or an increase in the number of spawns, a nerf to how much ISK/LP you gain per site (the risk/isk ratio is clearly imbalanced).

I am also going to propose that Assaults and Headquarters get a buff to the amount of ISK/LP they make per hour, right now, I believe the spawns in both types are fantastic, they are thrilling to run, and still have me at the edge of my seat everytime I run them (we still lose ships quite often, contrary to popular belief).

Or, nerf all three, just Vanguards more so than Assaults/Headquarters.

I am open for criticism and discussion. But I believe this change is necessary, as the larger sites do promote an excellent amount of interaction within EVE, which is better than the previously instated solo aura of Level 4s. Thank you for reading my wall of text.

Vanguards make less isk when they are swamped with people, but I agree HQ's and assualts could use a reward buff.

I have to agree wit ha reward buff for HQ's as it dose take longer aswell as more people and more people means more splits in reward.

it dosnt seem right for easier sites to make more isk just becaus they are easy and you can run more in less time. it should be the harder a site the more you should make compared to the easeir sits over the same time span.

VGs themselves aren't equal
NCOs are by far the best; they're trivial (we were once forced to do it with one logi as the other disconnected), and they pay the best. The only reason someone would choose not to do it would be competition with t3 fleets.
OTAs are fine for a large BS fleet, but even then, they are the most challenging of those three as far as repping goes - I've seen ships nearing structure on more than one occasion.
NMCs are the worst of these 3; they take nearly as long as OTAs to do, they're slightly less challenging than OTAs but also require you to carry and drop ore, making it a slight logistics hassle.

Also, how about you buff staging a bit? Make it earn 1/2 of what vanguards (modified with the proposed balance) would in an hour, but make it also slightly more challenging. As it is they are useless, and whoever developed them just wasted his time (if you want to practice what incursion rats do, go to a belt, that should be sufficient enough).
