LOL! Just say we expect downtime to be 2 hours when you think it will only take 40 minutes... Good customer service means setting the 'right' expectations. Its better to over estimate than under estimate. Also why not make it fair and schedule some deployments during other time zones peak times? I seem to see a pattern of discrimination here.

The patch should be about 760 megs, don't panic until your boot.ini goes missing or something.

Two patches something I have not seen in a while. one of the problems the devs are dealing with.

Because the Patch is 1GB - 205MB for the first part and then 750MB for the second part. The updater is probably just bugging out Big smile

Good luck getting this patch working again soon guys. Hope it's nothing major.

My first patch here, so hoping patch day here doesn't rival how awful patch day was on Asheron's Call, then I'll be happy.

What are these downloads everyone is talking about? I have had no patch download. Is that because I'm on a mac???
