If they're not turned on, there is no bonus.

I have a great amount of respect for people who speak more than 1 language. Sadly I can speak like more than a few words in lauguages other than English.

Its possible that Met4L has English as a second language or its possible he's a basement dwelling, mouth breathing, neck beard who was asked to leave school before graduation because being the only 5 foot, 7 inch tall 30 year old in the 3rd grade made his fellow pupils terrified to come to class.

His therapist obviously ignores him during thier sessions by sitting behind her computer and playing Solitaire and occassionaly looking up and saying, 'Really ? Thats interesting. Tell me more about that'. While the OP sperds and rands about the fact that CCP changes the rules to his game and he's forgotten his daily garlic suppository.

I'd probably skip the reinstall of windows and just buy a whole new computer. Very likely a hardware problem... irreparable.

Most of battleclinic stuff IS hot garbage but you can usually find good 'ideas' when it comes to fitting solo ships. Its just really bad now cause of the latest rebalancing, a lot of sewage coming down the line.
