I took a short break and my current project is to make my two accounts self sufficient goal is to make about 1.5b a month to cover plex plus a little spending money.

Seed capital is only around 300m.
PVE pilot plus a noctis pilot are my assets.

Timeline is two months, 60 day training should be enough get my 15m sp pilot into an effective mission runner.

50-100m earned per day 2-3 hour maximum up time.

The above should be possible I hope what I am really looking for advice on is the ship to do it in, I do not want to go faction either in ship or modules.

So I am looking for suggestions on a ship that can handle anything level 4 hisec mission will throw at me for a reasonable price.

Pretty much any battleship.

The Domi is quite cheap and is very good when used with a MJD (Micro Jump Drive) and sentries.

Where are your skills? Missiles? Projectiles? Lazors? Hybrids?

Would help.

Domi is good. Raven. Mael.

If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there.

Skills are not great but I should be able to get into a Domi with okay drone skills by the 60 day deadline, thinking on that should I go sentry or heavy ?

Sentries, with flights of med and smalls in the bay as well. T2 sentries are quicker to train into than T2 heavies too.

I rarely find a use for mediums when sentry blapping but there is room so I carry them. Roll

Lights should definitely be carried for use on elite frigs that get under your sentries.

Also, faction sentries will suffice while you are training T2. They are expensive but are easily resold once you are able to use T2.

I have a low skilled alt that can do any level 4 in a scorpion navy issue using T2 cruise missiles. I have tried many, and this is the easiest in my opinion for a low skill character. That could also be because I have having to sit still with sentries out.
A scorp navy can be made cap stable, I know this is not the best way to do this, with a large shield booster with enough tank to survive any mission and still put out over 800dps, over 850 if you train caldari bs to 5. My alt has 12 mil SP.
Same ship can, and has, been used in incursion. Just switch some of the mids out and even decent groups like TVP will take you.
Pretty sure a raven will do just as well.. but I like to waste..... errr enjoy my iskies and fly different ships. And the scorp hull just looks so dang good..

I have decided to go drake for a week until my skills with a Domi are at a minimum, then switch to the Domi and train up till I hit t2 sentries at that point the expensive ship I like the look of is the rattlesnake, with its cruise missiles and drone bonus it seems like a win win for pve.

Out of the T1 Battleships I personally like the new Raven, you can just hit 1k dps to a very respectable range with just T2 modules (a faction SB is required for CPU, but is cheap), it has a reliable tank, good speed (381m/s w/ AB and 1028 w/MWD), full damage selectability (people really underestimate how much this improves your efficiency) and a good amount of flexibility (utility low for anti-EWAR, can be modified for more/less tank easily, can snipe with MJD, etc).

It can also be used with entry level skills quite easily, and you can slowly improve the fit and even upgrade to a Navy Raven or Fleet Typhoon. I personally just stuck with my regular Raven and it has never failed me.

That is a tempting idea taking a look into eft now.

Here's my tried and tested fit if it helps:

[Raven, L4s New]

Ballistic Control System II
Ballistic Control System II
Ballistic Control System II
Ballistic Control System II
Type-D Attenuation Signal Augmentation

Dread Guristas X-Large Shield Booster
EM Ward Field II
EM Ward Field II
Thermic Dissipation Field II
Heavy Capacitor Booster II, Cap Booster 800
Phased Weapon Navigation Array Generation Extron
100MN Afterburner II

Cruise Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Cruise Missile
Cruise Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Cruise Missile
Cruise Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Cruise Missile
Cruise Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Cruise Missile
Cruise Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Cruise Missile
Cruise Missile Launcher II, Scourge Fury Cruise Missile
[Empty High slot]

Large Warhead Rigor Catalyst I
Large Warhead Rigor Catalyst I
Large Warhead Flare Catalyst I

Hobgoblin II x5
Garde II x2

It's a very basic fit with no shiny modules except for the DG X-Large booster but that's worth it's weight in gold. It does 1008 with perfect skills and Gardes and tanks 510dps on it's lowest resist (Sansha) for as long as boosters last, which is very reliable if you do the missions right. I've been using this ages and have done almost every L4 mission without problems. You can swap the afterbuner for a MJD or MWD but it will require some messing around with the fit as it just runs over on CPU (you can use an implant, CPU mod in the utility low, faction the BCU, or faction the hardeners). The lowslot can also be used for various utility modules like the signal amplifier, ECCM module, power diagnostic or even something more unorthodox like a cargo expander to fit in more cap boosters.

If your skills aren't perfect then you might want to drop the target painter/afterburner for another tank slot or stick a damage control in the utility lowslot. However I don't have perfect skills (Caldari BS IV) and this fit still has never failed me.

If you have any questions send me a mail in-game and I'd be glad to help.

both the dominix and raven are good options. in both cases, consider at least upgrading a few damage modules to faction versions. the increased dps will improve your ISK/hour for a one time investment.

also, the rattlesnake does not bring too many advantages over a regular dominix. the missile damage is nothing to write home about and it lacks the important range/tracking bonus. if you settle on the domi (i.e. sentries), you're done at least until the pirate ship rebalance.

on a related note: 100m/hr is no problem when you have a noctis alt. one run of 'the blockade' or 'gone berserk' is worth between 15 and 20 mil in bounties and between 20 and 30 mil in loot alone and can be done in about 30 minutes total.

I should buy an Ishtar.

Thank you for the fit and all the advice, like people have said Raven or Domi both seem to be win win, I think Raven may win out as a friend who lives in 0.0 contracted me all his hisec spares including 940,000 cruise missiles!
