When tomorrow is 1.1 deploying?

OK we know its deploying tomorrow but when?

Is it an extended downtime that starts earlier but finishes at around the normal time?
Is it an extended downtime that starts at the normal time but finishes later?
Is it both?

Probably during downtime (extended)

Ah now the announcement shows in the launcher:

EVE Online: Odyssey 1.1 will be released on Tuesday, September 3rd! Downtime for the deployment of this release will begin earlier than normal at 10:00 UTC and will end at 10:40 UTC, lasting a total of 40 minutes.
